As both the leader and the Chief Civil Engineer, he guides every project with a dual focus: strategic business oversight and meticulous technical expertise. Gaurav is personally committed to ensuring the company's foundational values of quality, security, and project timeliness are realized in every construction service and development endeavor, including innovative architectural designs and seamless collaborations with skilled interior designers.
Materials In-charge
Mr. Rohit Singh serves as the Material In-charge for Rawat Construction and Developer, playing a crucial role in our construction services. He is the linchpin of our supply chain, ensuring that no project delays occur due to material issues. Rohit is directly responsible for the timely delivery of all construction materials to the site. His duties are critical: he rigorously checks the quality of all incoming stock to guarantee it matches the precise specifications detailed in the original client quotation, thus upholding both budgetary transparency and construction excellence, which supports the overall architectural designs and visions of our projects.
Interior Designer
Mrs. Kajal has practical experience working as an interior designer on various residential, commercial, and hospitality projects, where she specializes in architectural designs and construction services. Her skills include creating interior and construction layouts, site supervision, and 3D visualization.
Site In-charge
Under Company's Head guidance, Mr. Rahul serves as the dedicated Site In-charge for the company, overseeing various construction services. In this vital on-site role, Rahul is responsible for the day-to-day organization and supervision of construction work, ensuring that all projects, including those with intricate architectural designs, are completed safely, on time, and within budget. He coordinates labor and resources effectively, maintaining the committed project timelines while collaborating with the interior designer to achieve the desired aesthetic.
